Welcome to our dynamic team! Rendall & Rittner, the trusted Residential Leasehold Property Management company, is seeking a passionate and skilled Handyperson to join us at our newly finished 292-apartment development in Fulham.
Position Overview
Role: Handyperson Location: Hurlingham Waterfront, SW6 2TZ Working Hours: 4 days on (0700–1900), 4 days off Salary: £33,000 – £35,000 Contract: Permanent (with scope for advancement)

Key Responsibilities & Requirements
As a Handyperson, you will provide exceptional service and maintenance support, ensuring a positive experience for:
Core Responsibilities:
- Uphold safety and cleanliness – Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff.
- Exemplify customer service – Build trust by being proactive, engaging, and solution-focused.
- Solve on-the-spot issues – Handle resident inquiries fast and effectively.
- Mentor & collaborate – Relationship-driven work with residents, visitors, and external contractors.
- Drive performance continuously – Monitor feedback, deliver problem-solving, and enhance operational efficiency.
Essential Qualities:
✔ Customer service expertise – Proven ability to resolve complaints and maintain high standards. ✔ Swap of confidence – Experience disconnecting electrical faults, maintenance, minor carpentry, Plumbing, Face lift the apartments, and landscape maintenance. ✔ Safe & efficient handling – Leadَت strictly by health & safety procedures. ✔ Experience in Property Maintenance or Handyperson role is a must ✔ ability to work efficiently, accept direction and commit to the development activities for R&R across the portfolio. ✔ Experience working in cleanly and pressed Property Management environments.

Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the UK with no restrictions (a valid/adurable status, ID and job mandate).
- Technical skills: Must have a capacity to work as a handsperson for a large development.
- Strong attention to general maintenance and attention to detail
- Must have Customer service experience.
- Strong interpersonal competences and team working skills.
- Must be photo ID / DBS check Eligibility for working with adults (this would affect the size of the development you could work on).
- Must be resilient and able cope with a fast-paced environment.
