Location: Hertfordshire
Salary: £15,986 - £17,515 per annum
Hours: 21 hours per week (part-time)
Contract Type: 6 month fixed term contract/secondment
We are seeking a Handyperson to join our team covering the Hertfordshire region. You’ll be responsible for carrying out various tasks in our residents' homes, including:
- Lock changes
- Replacing strip lights
- Installing window locks
- Fitting smoke alarms
- Painting and decorating
- Gardening tasks such as hedge cutting, grass cutting, and weeding
We’ll look to you to undertake other duties broadly consistent with the level of the post as required. Providing top customer service is key at all times as you will be representing Clarion Housing and dealing with members of the public daily.
