Join one of the UK's leading Real Estate Management businesses.
We're recruiting for an experienced Hard FM Manager to oversee the technical operations of a prestigious, multi tenanted commercial office estate in Central London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished Building Services or Technical Facilities professional to take ownership of a landmark asset, ensuring exceptional standards of compliance, maintenance and operational performance while working closely with clients, occupiers and specialist contractors.
The Role
Reporting into the senior site leadership team, you'll take responsibility for the delivery of all Hard FM services across the estate, ensuring the building operates safely, efficiently and in full compliance with statutory requirements.
You'll be the technical lead on site, managing planned preventative maintenance, reactive works, lifecycle projects and specialist contractors whilst driving service excellence across the property.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of all Hard FM services across the estate.
- Manage M&E contractors and specialist service providers.
- Ensure full statutory compliance across all building systems.
- Oversee PPM programmes and reactive maintenance.
- Manage technical budgets and monitor contractor performance.
- Support capital works and lifecycle replacement projects.
- Review RAMS, permits to work and safe systems of work.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation.
- Produce technical reports and client updates.
- Build strong relationships with occupiers, contractors and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement across building performance.
- Support sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives.
- Assist with emergency response planning and business continuity.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience managing Hard FM services within commercial property.
- Strong knowledge of building services including HVAC, electrical, mechanical and BMS systems.
- Excellent understanding of statutory compliance and Health & Safety legislation.
- Experience managing contractors and service partners.
- Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, solutions focused approach.

Desirable
- IOSH or NEBOSH qualification.
- HNC/HND or Degree in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- IWFM membership or equivalent.
- Experience within a multi tenanted commercial office environment.
