About the Role
At Hard Rock Hotel Malta, our Sales team drives business growth, fosters strong client relationships, and elevates our hospitality experience. From corporate accounts and events to leisure and group business, the team collaborates with clients and internal departments to maximise revenue and deliver exceptional service.
We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Manager to advance our commercial goals and contribute to the property’s continued success. This key role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relations, and developing strategic sales initiatives align with company objectives and brand standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in sales, hospitality, business development, or a related field, preferably within the hotel industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Capacity to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- A proactive approach with a strong attention to detail in client service.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with sales/CRM systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Flexibility to attend meetings, events, and networking activities as needed.
- A positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong teamwork ethic.

Additional Requirements
- Experience in a managerial or supervisory sales role within hospitality.
- Hands-on experience in corporate accounts, group business, and event-related sales.
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and action plans.
- Prior experience preparing sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Strong understanding of customer service standards and brand representation.
