Teaching Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking Teaching Assistants to provide comprehensive support to individuals and groups of students. Your role will centre on enabling access to learning and fostering a purposeful, nurturing educational environment.

Expected candidates include both graduates and non-graduates for these positions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide essential support to children, assisting class teachers in all curriculum areas
  • Offer specialised help to learners with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) and those facing learning barriers
  • Contribute to planning, preparing, and maintaining engaging learning environments
  • Collaborate with parents to ensure effective communication and support
  • Keep accurate and confidential pupil records
  • Undertake various administrative tasks to assist the teaching team
