Job Scope:
The Haute Couture Sales Assistant is responsible for assisting the Haute Couture Sales Director with managing clients’ requests and following up on products’ delivery.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with HC Sales Director on a daily basis to consolidate client appointments.
- Assist the HC Sales Director during the appointments.
- Help and support any Haute Couture Sales Agent when needed, especially when they are assisting clients in the boutique.
- Consolidate and follow up with the HC Sales Director to track progress for each purchase.
- Report all exceptional requests and or changes that may occur to the HC order.
- Follow up on the order status of all HC clients.
- Coordinate with the Haute Couture Client Servicing department for sketches and embroidery.
- Maintaining the Haute Couture salon and display in accordance with the in-house standards
- Coordinating the rotation of samples
- Samples inventorying
- Customer service
- Coordinate and participate in events, promotional launches, client meet-and-greets, and other networking opportunities.
- Organize client attendance at fashion shows, presentations, and exclusive brand events.
- Take, organize, and consolidate client appointments in an efficient manner.
- Process with client’s orders following our policy & procedure.
- Travel to clients for fittings, delivery, etc, if needed.
- Haute Couture Production
- Follow-up with the Haute Couture Client Servicing department on the production process.
- Follow-up on delivery according to specifications.

- Coordinate the preparation of invoicing with the HC Sales Director.
- Provide daily reports detailing client appointments, nationalities, meeting outcomes, and order updates.
Perform other job-related duties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Management, Business, Luxury Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in luxury fashion, Haute Couture, or high-end client relations
- Proficiency in IT tools: Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word and Power Point); Fashion GPS.
- Knowledge of fabrics, materials, embroidery, and HC production processes.
- Flexibility for business travel.
