What You’ll be doing:

  • Manage the warehouse teams' daily activities, including resource allocation, capability, and deployment.
  • Deliver consistent business performance and standards across the end-to-end warehouse operation.
  • Manage and maintain external relationships with various stakeholders, including stores.
  • Identify efficiencies and continuous improvement opportunities to enhance operations.
  • Monitor and implement compliance and support the People Plan using an HR business model.

What makes a great Team Manager:

  • Proven track record of leading and acting as a role model to inspire a large team to deliver outstanding results.
  • Strong understanding of policies and processes related to people management, safety, health, and environment, with the ability to apply them effectively.
  • Skilled at identifying opportunities for process improvement and presenting this information to drive positive change.
  • Confident in making decisions in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, while being open to innovative approaches.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with various stakeholders and foster a collaborative team culture.
