HCM Architect
HCM Lead / Solution Architect (Permanent) – Oracle HCM Specialist
Overview
We are seeking an experienced HCM Lead / Solution Architect with deep expertise across Oracle HCM modules, including:
- Core HR
- Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
- Talent Suite
- Learning
- HR Help Desk (HRHD)
The role involves:
- Leading end-to-end solution design
- Driving implementation strategies
- Ensuring alignment with business objectives
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect Oracle HCM solutions across Core HR, Oracle Recruiting, Talent, Learning, and HR Help Desk modules
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable HCM solutions
- Provide functional and technical leadership during implementation, rollout, and support phases
- Drive solution best practices to maximize Oracle HCM capabilities
- Oversee integrations, data migration strategies, and system configurations
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, data security, and governance standards
- Mentor and guide functional consultants and project teams
- Support pre-sales activities, including:
- Solutioning & estimations
- Client presentations
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide strategic improvement recommendations

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including:
- Core HR
- Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
- Talent Management
- Learning & Development
- HR Help Desk (HRHD)
- Proven experience in leading end-to-end HCM implementations & solution architecture
- Deep understanding of HR processes, particularly in large or complex organizations
- Experience with:
- Integrations (HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, APIs)
- Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Prior experience in the higher education sector is an advantage
