Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design Oracle HCM solutions.
- Configure Oracle HCM modules to meet business needs.
- Support Oracle HCM implementation, testing, and ongoing maintenance.
- Assist with data migration and system integration.
- Deliver end-user training and provide post-implementation support.
- Enhance HR and payroll processes using Oracle HCM.
- Translate business requirements into effective Oracle HCM functionalities.
- Troubleshoot issues and recommend continuous improvements.
