Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end Oracle HCM Payroll processes, covering:
    • Payroll setup
    • Earnings, deductions, and adjustments
    • Statutory compliance
  • Gather business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis for payroll implementations/enhancements
  • Configure payroll elements, formulas, balances, and workflows to align with business needs
  • Provide support for:
    • SIT (System Integration Testing)
    • UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
    • Payroll validation & issue resolution
    • Post-production stabilization
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and technical teams to:
    • Ensure seamless payroll integrations
    • Deliver accurate reporting
    • Maintain compliance
