Job Description

Manage end-to-end Oracle HCM Payroll processes, including:
- Payroll setup
- Earnings and deductions configuration
- Statutory compliance

Gather business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis for payroll implementations and enhancements.
Get help with your application

Configure:
- Payroll elements
- Formulas
- Balances
- Workflows

Support:
- SIT (System Integration Testing)
- UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
- Payroll validation
- Issue resolution
- Post-production stabilization

Collaborate with HR, Finance, and technical teams to ensure:
- Successful payroll integrations
- Accurate reporting
- Full compliance adherence
