HCM/HR/Payroll - Enterprise Account Executive
We’re looking for an experienced HCM/HR Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business growth and expand our enterprise customer base across your territory.
This is a strategic sales role focused on selling enterprise software and services to senior HR and business leaders. You’ll manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to closing and account growth while building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Working closely with marketing, consulting, and customer teams, you’ll help organizations solve complex workforce challenges through innovative technology solutions.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute a territory sales strategy
- Prospect and engage enterprise target accounts
- Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to close
- Build strong relationships with senior HR and business leaders
- Collaborate with marketing and consulting teams to win new business
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and deliver accurate forecasting
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in enterprise software sales
- Experience selling HR technology, HCM, Payroll or (highly desirable)
- Strong solution-selling and consultative sales skills
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage complex sales cycles
