hVIVO plc (HVO) Overview

hVIVO plc (HVO) is a full-service CRO and the world’s leading specialist in human challenge trials. We provide end-to-end clinical development solutions to a global client base—including seven of the top ten biopharma companies—supported by our state-of-the-art quarantine facility in London and advanced lab services under the hLAB brand.

Through our subsidiaries CRS and Venn Life Sciences, we deliver early-phase clinical trial expertise across the UK and Germany, from first-in-human studies to biometry and consulting. Combined with FluCamp-supported patient recruitment and five clinical sites, we offer an integrated pathway from preclinical through Phase II development.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HCP Liaison Manager to join our growing Patient and Volunteer Enrolment (PaVE) team. This newly created role will be instrumental in building and managing the hVIVO Healthcare Professional (HCP) Network—a strategic initiative to enhance patient recruitment for clinical trials. This role will be field and office based on the requirements to engage with practices and clinics.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
