About the Role
Provide essential coordination and administrative support to ensure smooth operation
- Act as a key point of contact for students, helping them access careers support, employability resources and development opportunities
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of a varied programme of careers events, workshops and student engagement activities
- Support the effective use of digital platforms and systems that help students connect with careers information and services
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across Hartpury including the Students' Union and external partners to promote careers and employability initiatives
- Play an important role in ensuring students receive a responsive, professional and welcoming service
- Help maintain a positive and engaging student facing presence both online and at campus events
About You
- An organised and proactive individual who enjoys working in a busy and varied role
- Passionate about delivering an excellent service and making a positive difference to the student experience
- Have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy building positive relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Confident managing competing priorities remaining calm and professional when responding to changing demands
- Comfortable using technology and digital tools and are keen to learn new systems and ways of working
- Enjoy working as part of a team whilst also being able to take ownership of your own responsibilities
- You are adaptable, enthusiastic and willing to contribute to a range of activities and projects
