HE Motorsport Lecturer
Lecturer in Motorsport (Higher Education)
Location: Preston
Salary: £28,000 - £31,000 (Unqualified) | Up to £39,000 (Qualified)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Are you ready to play a key role in educating the next generation of motorsport engineers? We are seeking an experienced and committed individual to join our team as a Lecturer in Motorsport, delivering high-quality teaching to our Higher Education students.

About the Role
In this role, you will contribute to the design and delivery of a dynamic and industry-relevant curriculum, supporting students to develop both their academic understanding and practical skills. Your knowledge, professional experience, and enthusiasm for motorsport engineering will be central to guiding students through their studies and preparing them for progression into the sector.
With access to state-of-the-art facilities and strong links to industry, you will have the opportunity to engage students in applied projects, collaborative learning, and real-world problem solving—equipping them with the skills and confidence needed for a successful future in motorsport and related fields.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: A Degree in Motorsport Engineering (or a closely related discipline).
- Industry Experience: Proven professional experience within the motorsport industry is essential.
- Teaching Status: Previous teaching experience is not required. Full teaching qualifications are fully funded for the successful candidate.
Salary Structure
- Unqualified Teacher: £28,000 - £31,000 per annum.
- Qualified Teacher: Up to £39,000 per annum.
