Key Responsibilities
As Head Barista, your role will include:
- Training and coaching our team to always serve perfect coffee
- Ensuring the World’s Best Coffee is delivered consistently
- Providing Outstanding Customer Service
- Preparing Award-Winning Food
- Maintaining high bakery standards
- Being part of a team that always aims higher
- Fine-tuning our coffee machines and grinders for optimal espresso
- Supporting the management team in bakery operations
