Key Responsibilities

  • Train and coach the team to consistently serve exceptional coffee
  • Prepare award-winning food alongside premium coffee
  • Maintain bakery standards in food safety, quality, and presentation
  • Master and optimise coffee machine/grinder setups for the perfect espresso
  • Lead customer service to ensure outstanding experiences
  • Collaborate with management on operational excellence
