Key Responsibilities
- Train and coach the team to consistently serve exceptional coffee
- Prepare award-winning food alongside premium coffee
- Maintain bakery standards in food safety, quality, and presentation
- Master and optimise coffee machine/grinder setups for the perfect espresso
- Lead customer service to ensure outstanding experiences
- Collaborate with management on operational excellence
