About the Role
Embark on an exciting new chapter in your hospitality career at Hickory’s Smokehouse, where we believe **BBQ is happiness!
Come onboard as our Head Bartender and enjoy a competitive hourly package of up to £16.25, including Tip Jar (up to £3.00/hr in tips).
As a key team player, you’ll:
- Lead and inspire your bar team through exemplary guest-led behaviour and performance
- Support the Bar Head of Department (Bar HOD) as their eyes and ears, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Foster a 5-star guest experience while upholding the highest standards in team engagement
You’ll thrive on feedback and proactively seek growth opportunities to sharpen your skills and forge your path at Hickory’s.
