Head Chef

Central London

£65,000 Package

One of London's leading fine dining Japanese restaurants is looking for an exceptional Head Chef to lead the kitchen during an exciting new chapter.

This is a rare opportunity to take charge of one of the capital's most respected restaurants, working alongside an accomplished Executive Chef and an internationally recognised Chef Patron whose influence has helped shape modern Japanese dining in the UK.

The restaurant has clear ambitions to achieve Michelin recognition, making this an opportunity for a chef who wants to build something special rather than simply maintain standards.

We're looking for a leader who combines technical excellence with calm, disciplined leadership and a genuine passion for Japanese cuisine.

The Role

As Head Chef, you will lead the day-to-day operation of the kitchen while working closely with the Executive Chef to drive standards, consistency and performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
