What You’ll Be Doing
- 🍕 Lead & Inspire: Run a top-tier kitchen, from recruitment and food safety to prep, rotas, and quality control. Set the gold standard and lead by example.
- 🧑🍳 Recruit & Retain: Build a high-performing kitchen team that shares your passion for quality and thrives in a dynamic environment.
- 💡 Innovate & Improve: Bring fresh ideas to evolve the menu, kitchen operations, and team performance.
- 🏆 Quality & Consistency: Deliver the best NY-style pizzas this side of the pond, using high-quality, sustainably sourced ingredients to create dishes our guests love.
- ✔️ Maintaining 5-Star Compliance: Uphold food safety and compliance standards through regular checks and consistent attention to detail.
- 📦 Stock & Prep Management: Order stock and organize prep levels to ensure efficiency.
- 📝 Writing Rotas: Manage kitchen team shifts, ensuring balance and support.
- 🔥 Lead By Example: Keep food quality high, while fostering a culture of learning and development. Encourage team members to take ownership of their growth while providing guidance and support.
