Working Pattern: 5/7, predominantly Monday–Friday, with some flexibility required based on business needs, including early starts, late finishes, and weekends.

- Recruit, train, support, and develop staff to deliver an efficient, high-quality service for customers and clients.
- Maintain stock levels, ordering, and budget control for food supplies.
- Ensure robust ongoing team communications:
- Build internal/external relationships.
- Provide management reporting and client liaison.
- Uphold operational excellence.
- Oversee health, safety, and compliance:
- COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal/regulatory standards.
- Environmental policies.
- Duty of care for customers and colleagues.
- Manage the day-to-day running of an onsite café/restaurant.
- Oversee hospitality operations and 13 meeting rooms.

Minimum Requirements:
- Proven team management experience.
- Strong leadership skills with a proactive and hands-on approach.
- Legal or law firm background (preferred).
- Enthusiasm for service excellence.
- Priortize the frontline.
- 2+ years’ experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef seeking progression.
- Experience in new site mobilisation within contract catering.
- Self-confident, driving team player.
- Background in hospitality and events management.
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in:
- Fine dining,
- VIP dining,
- Corporate catering.
