We’re looking for a driven, hands-on leader with real passion for food and people. Someone who doesn’t just run a kitchen, but builds a strong one — developing a talented brigade, setting the bar high, and taking genuine pride in every plate that leaves the pass.
As Head Chef, you’ll be at the heart of the action:
- Cooking bold, delicious French-inspired dishes
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating a committed kitchen team
- Championing standards, consistency, and compliance
- Keeping the kitchen sharp, organised, and operating at 5-star level
