Senior Chef Location: Warrington

London-based lifestyle group David Lloyd has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Chef to join our team across 139 clubs in the UK and Europe. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about food and wants to be an integral part of our food development journey.

Salary Preference

  • £14.50/hr (annualised)
  • Comparable to **£**29,560 at 40 hrs/week
  • Progress over 1 year to £14.70/hr

  • Develop and refine recipes using the highest quality ingredients
  • Collaborate on menu creation for our clubs, contributing to our Chef Forums
  • Ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to health and safety standards
  • Work closely with our operations teams
  • Uphold our commitment to sustainability with local sourcing where possible

Responsibilities

Use quality approved suppliers and locally sourced ingredients -iresponsible for the day-to-day running of production kitchens and entertainment areas

  • Collaborate on menus to refresh and innovate our food provision for members
  • Work as part of a team while also dishing out insights that drive our forward strategy

Requirements

Essential:

  • A natural talent for food and the passion to demonstrate it in a professional kitchen – a must!
  • An ability to work with others comes naturally to you
  • Love to collaborate and innovate in an environment where customer service excellence matters
  • Have a solid food safety and health & safety knowledge
  • A drive to present a high-quality product – *life tastes better when it’s great!

Preferred:

  • Demonstrable experience from a food preparation or restaurant role
