The Role
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dishes using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. We are looking for someone with a passion for great food, strong leadership skills, and a desire to create a memorable dining experience for every guest.
Role Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency. Lead and inspire a team of chefs, focusing on development and continuous improvement. Create and develop exciting, seasonal menus that reflect the unique flavors of St Andrews. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment in line with food safety regulations. Manage food costs, inventory, and suppliers to optimise profitability.

The Person
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or a seasoned Sous Chef ready to step up. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to nurture and develop talent. A passion for using fresh, local ingredients and creating innovative dishes. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety.
