Head Chef – iconic senior position on rollercoaster catering adventure

£43,000 per annum – Milton Keynes (Monday to Friday)

We’re searching for a ** Head Chef** – someone deeply passionate about food, great at leadership, and keen to own their career in one of Britain’s most exciting hospitality environments.

Work Design & Responsibilities

Your Core Focus: Deliver Exceptional

  • Lead, collaborate, and support your team to achieve consistently top-notch standards – in quality, hygiene, innovation, and customer experience.
  • Drive client relations, ensuring ongoing trust and seamless partnerships.
  • Build mentoring relationships, seize development opportunities, and foster a culture of training—nurturing a team where everyone is challenged to grow.
  • Champion Business KPIs: Health & Safety, sustainability, financial health, and governance.
  • Set creative boundaries, champion oxygenic innovation, and crystallise customer joy in everything you deliver.

  • Proven Head Chef experience (or equivalent leadership in food service).
  • An addiction to food—your obsession fuels your creativity.
  • Experience managing, training, and empowering teams firmly in your return.
  • Hands-on financial savvy with budgets, cost control, and driving commercial results.
  • Strong coaching, delegating, and influencing abilities.
  • Proven track record working under pressure—prioritising, multitasking, and thriving in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every recipe, service, and presentation is flawless.
  • Empathy, clarity, and eloquence in communication (verbal and written).
