Head Chef – Azzurra, Chelsea (London)

About the Role

As our Head Chef, you will be pivotal in driving the kitchen operations, guiding a talented culinary team to deliver exceptional dishes. Your leadership will be key to crafting an environment where talent thrives and innovation flourishes.


Location

Just moments from Sloane Square, in the heart of Chelsea, you’ll bring the spirit of the Amalfi Coast to London. Azzurra embodies the elegance and simplicity of Italy’s coastal cuisine.


Key Responsibilities

  • Culinary Leadership & Recipe Creation
    • Oversee all kitchen operations to ensure exceptional quality, flavour, and presentation.
    • Drive menu innovation and seasonal offerings while maintaining high standards.
  • Team Management
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a collaborative culinary team.
    • Conduct training sessions and conduct performance evaluations to support growth.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: £31,785.17 per year.
  • Variable Income: Opportunity to participate in a Tronc system, earning between £28,214.83 – £33,214.83 annually. (Managed by the Tronc Master)
