Head Chef

As a Head Chef, you’ll ensure everything in the kitchen runs smoothly during a busy service. You’ll know how to get the best out of your team by encouraging and supporting them to work well together while maintaining the highest standards for every dish served.

  • Experience managing a high-pressure kitchen and leading a team that exceeds performance targets
  • Exceptional multi-tasking skills under stress while motivating staff
  • Eye for detail to ensure every dish is consistently tasty and beautifully presented
  • Adaptability to handle challenges efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Lead kitchen operations, including decision-making and team coordination
  • Ensure timely, high-quality meals delivered to customers by maintaining clear communication
  • Develop and empower teams to maximise potential
  • Adhere to hygiene and safety protocols to protect staff and customers
