Qualifications & Expectations
Required Expertise
- Experience managing a high-pressure kitchen and leading a team that exceeds performance targets
- Exceptional multi-tasking skills under stress while motivating staff
- Eye for detail to ensure every dish is consistently tasty and beautifully presented
- Adaptability to handle challenges efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Core Duties
- Lead kitchen operations, including decision-making and team coordination
- Ensure timely, high-quality meals delivered to customers by maintaining clear communication
- Develop and empower teams to maximise potential
- Adhere to hygiene and safety protocols to protect staff and customers
