Head Chef - Premium Events & Catering – London Salary: Up to £70,000 + Paid Overtime (base £65,000 - £70,000)
This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of London’s most dynamic premium events and catering businesses as Head Chef.
About the Role
Leading a talented team, you’ll deliver exceptional food across luxury events, private dining, weddings, corporate hospitality, and large-scale celebrations. This growing business invests in its people, food, and future, seeking a passionate and forward-thinking Head Chef to guide their culinary journey and contribute to operational success.
The Offer
- Salary: £65,000–£70,000 + bonus scheme
- Overtime: Paid for all events (~£8,000–£10,000 additional annual earnings)
- Hours: 45-hour contract (approx. 70% Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm)
- Occasionally late evening prep and weekend tasks for special events
- 30 days holiday
- Staff meals & uniforms provided
- Company pension scheme

Role Responsibilities
- Lead kitchen teams across production and event execution
- Inspire and mentor chefs, fostering a high-performance culture
- Maintain top-tier food quality and presentation standards
- Collaborate on menu innovation to meet client demands
- Ensure seamless event delivery
- Partner with senior leadership to support operational and business growth
About You
- Proven experience as a Head Chef in events, hospitality, or contract catering
- Strong leadership & effective team development skills
- Reliability, consistency, and long-term engagement essential
