Aramark UK is looking for a commercially savvy and people‑focused Head Chef to take full ownership of the culinary operation at Wimbledon Stadium. This is a unique opportunity to lead and shape a flagship kitchen within our Sports & Entertainment division, delivering world‑class premium food experiences in an iconic venue.

Job Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end planning, coordination and delivery of all premium dining experiences, ensuring exceptional guest standards.
- Building recipes, managing GP and cost control
- Champion a culture of quality, innovation, continuous improvement and health & safety across the kitchen.
- Develop and maintain all kitchen standards, including SOPs, specification cards, cleaning schedules, training materials and staffing models.
- Lead food production and operational delivery across all premium areas, ensuring consistency, quality and compliance.
- Embed a guest‑focused approach through strong hospitality knowledge and attention to customer needs.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety legislation, COSHH, due diligence and wider company policies.
- Maintain rigorous controls for food handling, hygiene, temperature checks, stock rotation and incident reporting.
- Recruit, develop and lead a high‑performing kitchen brigade, driving engagement, capability and pride in delivery.
- Hold full financial accountability for premium operations, managing food, labour, stock and wastage to maximise profitability.
- Partner with procurement, suppliers and Aramark culinary and marketing teams to drive innovation, quality and continuous product development.

Key Requirements:
- Proven senior chef leadership experience in restaurants, hospitality or premium event catering.
- Confident, inspirational leader with the ability to engage and motivate large, diverse teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with previous P&L accountability.
- Extensive knowledge of food safety and operational compliance.
- Excellent communicator, able to work collaboratively with front‑ and back‑of‑house teams.
- Passionate about food, hospitality and innovation.
- Calm, resilient and solutions‑focused, with strong problem‑solving ability.
- Flexible approach with availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Level 3 Food Safety qualification (desirable).
