You’ll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of at one of the UK’s most beloved pub brands.
About the Role
As Head Chef at the Towers Inn, you’ll:
- Inspire and motive your team to ensure every dish served achieves the highest standard
- Manage all aspects of the kitchen operation
- Deliver exceptional quality, driving guest satisfaction and repeat visits
What You’ll Be Doing
• Team leadership – Train and motivate staff to deliver outstanding quality • Business growth – Work towards targets ensuring increased sales and guest happiness • Kitchen management – Handle food ordering, preparation, stock control and menu compliance with brand standards • Regulatory compliance – Oversee adherence to health, safety and hygiene best practices
