Head Chef – Restaurant & Wine Bar
This charming restaurant and wine bar in the heart of Soho is looking for its next Head Chef. You’ll play a vital role in managing the lively kitchen, ensuring high standards and helping maintain a community of regular guests.
The restaurant serves authentic French/European cuisine, everything is produced in-house. As Head Chef, you’d be leading a kitchen team of 10 and overseeing services of up to 120 covers.

The Person
- Previous experience within high-quality restaurants.
- This opportunity could also suit a Senior Sous Chef ready to move into their first Head Chef role.
You will need to be passionate about working with quality seasonal produce, utilising ingredients from select suppliers, which are showcased in a carefully crafted menu. Strong financial acumen with experience in monitoring GP/food cost, ordering, and rota writing.
