Searcys are unveiling a spectacular new venue in the heart of Knightsbridge this year, set within one of London’s most prestigious and vibrant destinations, and are looking for an exceptional Head Chef to lead the opening team.

Jaguar is being repositioned as a modern luxury brand, creating a new end-to-end client journey underpinned by an all-electric portfolio.

This new Knightsbridge location will play a defining role in that vision — establishing a presence and creating a destination that builds brand presence, deepens client engagement, and drives cultural relevance from the moment it opens.

As Head Chef, you will take ownership of a highly creative, ingredient-led kitchen. Working alongside a Michelin-starred collaborator, you will help shape and execute a distinctive food offering tailored to a discerning private membership.

Contract: Full Time

Salary: £55K + performance-based incentives

Opening times

10:00 - 20:00

Open 7 days a week

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing kitchen brigade
  • Deliver a refined, seasonal, and bespoke menu with precision and consistency
  • Maintain exceptional standards across food quality, presentation, and hygiene
  • Collaborate on menu development and evolving concepts
  • Manage kitchen operations including cost control, ordering, and staffing

Requirements

  • Proven experience at senior level within premium or Michelin-starred environments
  • Creative, detail-driven, and passionate about delivering excellence
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Calm under pressure with a commitment to consistency
  • A deep understanding of modern luxury dining expectations
