As a Head Chef, you’ll ensure everything in the kitchen runs smoothly during a busy service. You’ll motivate and support your team to work efficiently together, guaranteeing every dish served meets the highest standards.

Responsibilities
As a Head Chef, you will:
- Lead the kitchen effectively, including decision-making and innovative strategies to streamline team operations.
- Communicate clearly with the team to deliver high-quality meals to customers onsite and on time.
- Lead and inspire the team by fostering a collaborative environment and recognising each member’s strengths.
- Maintain rigorous hygiene and safety standards to protect both your team and guests.
