Lead the kitchen of one of London's most exciting growing restaurant groups.
I'm working with an exceptional Greek fine dining restaurant in Central London that's looking for a talented Head Chef to lead the kitchen during an exciting period of growth and expansion.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a premium kitchen, working with outstanding seasonal ingredients while putting a modern, refined twist on Greek cuisine. You'll be joining a business with ambitious plans for the future, making this the perfect role for a chef looking to grow alongside an expanding brand.

What we're looking for:
- Michelin-starred or very fine dining experience is essential
- Current Head Chef or an accomplished Senior Sous/Executive Sous Chef ready for the next step
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
- Passion for ingredient-led cooking, creativity and exceptional presentation
- Commercially aware with experience managing GP, labour and kitchen performance
- Calm, organised and confident in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment
