Head Chef
Head Chef
Up to £41,000 + tronc
We're looking for a Head Chef for The Adam and Eve. You'll have experience working with fresh food and running all aspects of a kitchen. Our Head Chefs write their own menus and create their own dishes using seasonal produce, allowing you to put your own stamp on the business. You’ll look after team development and work alongside our General Manager to create a fantastic food vision and drive the business forward.
About Us
Bang in the middle between Oxford Circus and Tottenham Court Road train stations, you’ll find us on Wells Street. The perfect pit-stop for a bite to eat after shopping or for drinks after work.
Infamous on the Soho scene for after-work drinks and celebrations, we know how to throw a party. We serve:

Responsibilities
A Head Chef at Young’s should:
- Inspire and lead your team, fostering potential while setting an example
- Develop, cost and produce fresh, seasonal menus across various revenue streams
- Champion excellent service via top-tier food, either as a Head Chef or Sous Chef
- Show a passion for team leadership and development
- Maintain active hands-on engagement with excellent communication skills
- oversee kitchen staff rostering, training, and ensure complete health & safety compliance
- Apply creativity to design and implement new dishes for menus and daily specials
- Demonstrate exceptional organisation, planning, and financial controls for GP and labour
- Drive sales growth through collaboration with kitchen and front-of-house teams
