Head Chef

This is not a restaurant role.

This is an opportunity to lead the kitchen behind one of the South East’s most respected luxury events companies, delivering exceptional food for private celebrations, weddings, corporate events, and bespoke experiences across London and the Home Counties.

Based from the company’s production kitchen in Hertfordshire, you will lead the culinary operation from concept through to execution, ensuring every event is delivered to an exceptional standard. From intimate private dinners to large-scale banqueting, no two days are the same.

Working closely with the owner and senior leadership team, you will have genuine creative input into menus, seasonal development, and the continued evolution of the business. This is a rare opportunity to help shape the future of an ambitious, independent business renowned for quality, creativity, and outstanding service.

The Role

  • Lead and inspire the kitchen team from the production kitchen.
  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of luxury events throughout London and the Home Counties.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
