About the Role
As Head Chef, you’ll ensure the kitchen operates smoothly during busy service. Your role involves:
- Leading your team to maximise their potential and foster productivity
- Ensuring every dish served meets the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Supporting and motivating your team to work cohesively
Key Responsibilities
Core Tasks
- Strategic Leadership: Take charge in the kitchen—make critical decisions and innovate ways to enhance team performance
- Effective Communication: Ensure clear and constant communication with your team to deliver high-quality meals to customers on time
- Team Development: Recognise individual strengths and guide the team as a cohesive unit, aiming to exceed targets consistently
- Compliance & Hygiene: Maintain rigorous hygiene and safety standards in alignment with regulations to safeguard both staff and visitors
- Quality Control: Stay attuned to delivering consistently tasty and well-presented meals
