We are seeking an experienced and talented Head Chef to lead our team.

As an Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our culinary operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality meals to our guests. You will work closely with your team of chefs and kitchen staff to oversee the delivery of our menus, adhere to food safety standards, and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food production, preparation, and presentation
  • Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and organizing ingredients and supplies
  • Train, supervise, and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to promote professional development
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement cost-effective strategies to optimize kitchen operations
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including equipment maintenance and cleanliness
