Head Chef - Coventry 35 Hours per Week | £31,387.86 per annum

What You'll Be Doing
As Head Chef, you'll take ownership of the kitchen operation, ensuring every service is delivered to the highest standards. You'll lead by example, motivating your team while maintaining a safe, efficient, and commercially successful kitchen.
You'll Be Responsible For
- Leading, coaching, and developing your kitchen team.
- Preparing and serving fresh, seasonal, high-quality food.
- Planning menus and ensuring consistency across every service.
- Managing food safety, HACCP, and health & safety compliance.
- Controlling food costs, stock levels, and waste.
- Building positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Driving innovation by introducing exciting dishes and seasonal menus.

What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who brings energy, creativity, and leadership to every shift.
You'll Ideally Have
- Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready for the next step.
- A genuine passion for fresh food and excellent presentation.
- Strong leadership and people development skills.
- Experience managing food costs, ordering, and stock control.
- Knowledge of food safety legislation and kitchen compliance.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure while delivering exceptional service.
