Head Chef
Kitchen - Woolley Grange Hotel
Contract: Permanent
Salary: c£55k per annum plus bonus and service charge

If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you at Woolley Grange, as we are seeking a motivated and talented Head Chef to join our dynamic kitchen brigade. If you are a dedicated and skilled chef, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a luxury hotel known for its exceptional service and welcoming culture.
Role Overview
As Head Chef at Woolley Grange, you are at the helm and lead the kitchen brigade. The role will involve managing the team's rota, stock control, quality standards, and being creative with menus. You will not only be able to manage the team on a day-to-day running of the business but lead the team efficiently, productively, and with the LFH behaviours in the forefront of your mind.
This is a permanent role, at 48 hours per week (including weekends), with a salary of c£55,000 per annum plus bonus and generous service charge.

- Results Oriented: Proven high standards of kitchen hygiene & HACCP, experience in payroll management to achieve and exceed payroll budget and work to strict food cost budgets.
