As the Head Chef at the Top of The World, you’ll spearhead the creation of an exceptional kitchen—lead a talented team, inspire passion, and ensure every dish reflects the highest standards of quality.

What Will You Be Doing?
Core Responsibilities
- Team leadership: Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver consistently outstanding food—creating a kitchen culture everyone can be proud of.
- Performance-driven: Work alongside your team to achieve sales targets, boost guest loyalty, and enhance service excellence.
- Kitchen management:
- Oversee food ordering, preparation, and stock control.
- Collaborate with a branded menu, focusing on execution and consistency.
- Compliance & quality: Ensure staff adhere to strict health, hygiene, and food safety regulations.
