Head Chef – Top of The World

As the Head Chef at the Top of The World, you’ll spearhead the creation of an exceptional kitchen—lead a talented team, inspire passion, and ensure every dish reflects the highest standards of quality.


About the Role

You’ll lead all aspects of kitchen operations, driving guest satisfaction and repeat custom. This is an ideal opportunity for someone seeking their first Head Chef appointment, providing a springboard for long-term career growth.


What Will You Be Doing?

Core Responsibilities

  • Team leadership: Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver consistently outstanding food—creating a kitchen culture everyone can be proud of.
  • Performance-driven: Work alongside your team to achieve sales targets, boost guest loyalty, and enhance service excellence.
  • Kitchen management:
    • Oversee food ordering, preparation, and stock control.
    • Collaborate with a branded menu, focusing on execution and consistency.
  • Compliance & quality: Ensure staff adhere to strict health, hygiene, and food safety regulations.
