Head Chef

As a Head Chef, you’ll ensure everything in the kitchen runs smoothly during busy service. You’ll know how to get the best out of your team by encouraging and supporting them to work well together, ensuring every dish served is of the highest standards.

As a Head Chef, you’ll:

  • Take charge in the kitchen, including decision-making and improving team efficiency
  • Communicate clearly to ensure high-quality meals are served on time
  • Lead and support your team to maximise their potential
  • Maintain high hygiene and safety standards for staff and guests
