Responsibilities
As a Head Chef, you’ll ensure everything in the kitchen runs smoothly during a busy service. You’ll:
- Optimise team performance, getting the very best out of your team by encouraging and supporting them
- Ensure every dish served is of the highest possible standards
- Manage and lead a busy kitchen environment
Key Qualifying Stances
As a Head Chef, you should be able to:
- Take charge in the kitchen with decisions and innovative ideas to improve operational efficiency
- Communicate clearly with your team to deliver high-quality meals on time to our customers
- Leather the team effectively by understanding individual strengths and maximising their full potential
- Maintain hygiene and safety regulations to ensure care for your team and all visitors

You’ll bring the following to the kitchen:
- Proven experience managing a busy kitchen
- Skills in training and developing high-performing teams that consistently outperform targets
- The ability to work under pressure, producing optimal results as part of a well-oiling team
- Exceptional attention to detail to deliver tasty and visually appealing meals to customers
- A desire to adapt to and take on challenges associated with a demanding kitchen environment
