Lead the Kitchen at an Exciting New Opening
We are looking for a talented and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at a brand-new Eurest operation within Amazon in Kettering. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced chef who is passionate about food, people, and delivering exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced environment.
About The Role
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operation, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, safety, and service. You will inspire and develop your team while driving innovation, efficiency, and consistency across the catering offer.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the kitchen team.
- Plan and deliver high-quality, fresh food menus that meet client and customer expectations.
- Manage food production, stock control, ordering, and waste reduction.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, allergen, and health & safety regulations.
- Monitor food costs and labour budgets to achieve financial targets.
- Maintain exceptional standards of food presentation and kitchen cleanliness.
- Support recruitment, training, and succession planning within the kitchen team.
- Work collaboratively with site management to enhance the overall customer experience.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or Senior Kitchen Manager in a high-volume environment.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Passion for fresh food, quality, and innovation.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Sound knowledge of food safety, allergens, and kitchen compliance standards.
- Commercial awareness with experience managing food costs and budgets.
