We're looking for a passionate, hands-on Kitchen Manager to join our team at The Strawberry Field, Evesham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced kitchen leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing people, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and lead from the front.
The Strawberry Field is a busy, family-friendly Hungry Horse with a Wacky Warehouse, live sport, a large beer garden and a loyal customer base. We serve everything from family favourites to sizzling steaks, so we're looking for someone who can keep standards high while creating a positive, motivated kitchen team.

As our Kitchen Manager, you'll be at the heart of the operation, leading every service with energy and confidence. You'll:

- Lead by example in the kitchen, setting the pace and standards.
- Inspire, coach and develop your team to be their very best.
- Manage stock, ordering and GP to keep the kitchen running efficiently.
- Take ownership of opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness and safety standards are consistently exceptional.
- Work closely with the management team to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who...
- Has experience managing a busy, high-volume kitchen.
- Is a natural leader who enjoys building and developing successful teams.
- Stays calm under pressure and loves a busy service.
- Takes pride in delivering consistently great food.
- Has strong organisational skills and understands stock control, ordering and kitchen performance.
- Wants to make a real impact and be part of a successful pub.
