Head Chef – Lodestone House
About the Role
You’ll join Lodestone House, the leading provider of catering and support services to Independent Schools in the UK. We deliver innovative catering, hospitality, and food service, creating imaginative menus with exceptional service.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering food and catering services across multiple outlets—ensuring a premium quality experience for customers and clients.
- Planning, organising, and directing food preparation and cooking, maintaining high standards to enhance the company’s reputation for excellence.
- Taking a hands-on approach to food production, ensuring consistency in presentation and taste.
- Driving sales through centrally driven menu planning and promotions, collaborating with preferred suppliers.
- Ensuring food safety compliance, including adherence to HSE and COSHH regulations.
- Implementing food monitoring procedures to support budgetary control, monitoring costs, and optimising efficiency.
