Role Overview
Salary: £37,500 per annum Shift Pattern: Monday–Friday, 7:00–15:30 (40 hours per week) Location: LS10 1AB
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the launch of a high-end contract catering site, building and shaping the kitchen team ahead of opening (August 2026).
- Recruit, manage, and develop a team of 4, fostering a strong team culture and maintaining consistent service standards.
- Deliver a premium food offer across breakfast, lunch, deli bar, and hospitality, ensuring quality, consistency, and high-end presentation at all times.
- Drive a creative, commercially strong menu, including:
- A daily street food offer
- A comfort-led core menu
- Manage costs tightly by:
- Controlling food spend, labour, and waste to meet budget targets
- Maintain exceptional standards of:
- Food safety
- Compliance
- Kitchen operations
- Adapt menus and service to meet client expectations while maintaining innovation and creativity.
