About the Role

As Head Chef, you’ll lead with passion and drive, ensuring every dish that leaves our kitchens meets the highest standards. You’ll inspire your team, manage operations, and leave a lasting impression on our guests.
Your Responsibilities
- Train & lead a team to deliver consistently high-quality food, building a kitchen culture rooted in excellence
- Drive sales and guest happiness by meeting performance targets and uplifting guest satisfaction scores
- Manage the kitchen—from food ordering, preparation, and stock control to menu alignment with our brands
- Ensure full compliance with health, hygiene, and food safety regulations
- Work within brand-perfected menus, adapting culinary standards across our diverse properties
