An exciting opportunity to lead a prestigious new Pan Asian restaurant in Central London, with a focus on Asian cuisine.
The Role
We are recruiting for a dynamic Head Chef of a high-level Pan Asian restaurant in Central London. This is part of a premium restaurant group. The focus is on Asian cuisine; we need a Head Chef with deep knowledge and passion for the region’s diverse culinary traditions.
The Head Chef Role
- Develop and execute Pan Asian menus in collaboration with consultant chefs and the Group Head of Food.
- Manage a high-volume kitchen, serving up to 600 covers daily.
- Lead recruitment and training for the new brigade, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Ensure impeccable standards for both à la carte and private dining events.
- Drive kitchen profitability and achieve monthly performance targets.

The Ideal Head Chef Candidate
- Proven experience as a Head Chef in a premium, high-volume restaurant environment.
- Strong background in Pan Asian, Japanese, or Southeast Asian cuisine—essential.
- Experience with robata grill, live-fire cooking, or wok cooking is highly advantageous.
- A natural leader with the ability to recruit, train, and inspire a large team.
- Commercially astute, with experience managing kitchen financials and KPIs.
- Flexible and hands-on, comfortable with initial training periods and a fast-paced launch environment.
