About The Person

You are an accomplished culinary leader with:

  • Extensive kitchen management experience
  • Strategic and commercially aware, with strong "menu engineering" and cost-control expertise
  • Exceptional motivational and mentorship skills, inspiring high performance, learning, and continuous improvement
  • Confidence in driving food innovation, quality consistency, and operational excellence
  • Highly knowledgeable in HACCP, health & safety, compliance, and kitchen systems

The Role

  • Lead the culinary team to deliver exceptional, safe, high-quality dishes across all outlets
  • Oversee menu development, seasonal offerings, and culinary proposition design
  • Drive food quality, consistency, specification compliance, and guest satisfaction
  • Manage financial performance including food cost, purchasing, yield, and waste reduction
  • Champion change initiatives, team development, compliance, and kitchen standards

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver annual resourcing, training, and quality plans
  • Lead menu planning, seasonal updates, and product innovation
  • Ensure all dishes meet full specification, costings, and brand presentation standards
  • Maintain safe, compliant operations, including HACCP, cleaning schedules, and equipment records
  • Develop team capability through coaching, succession planning, and continuous feedback
